其实关于.TN域名给不给国人注册，看该域名注册要求就知道了
Requirements for ".tn",".com.tn" Domain Name Registration
.TN and .COM.TN:
- The owner may be either a company incorporated in Tunisia or an individual with residence in Tunisia. If you do not have an address in Tunisia, we will register the domain to the name of our representatives in Tunisia and make it available to you. This option has an additional cost (Trustee Service).

这种允许帮忙提供地址注册的话，其实限制都很松的
印象记得gandi也支持某几个这样帮忙提供地址注册国际域名

不过说到webhost.tn会不会翻脸不认人的话就不知道了，毕竟转移也不给，改资料也不给，搞得心慌慌的yc003t
