关联账户的风险在于，只要其中一个账户被冻结，那么另一个账户也有被冻结的风险。
逃避手续费这种小聪明很容易让 PayPal 察觉，没准哪天就一块冻结了。

我昨天注册了第二个账号，注册资料除E-mail不同，其它一样，然后按我的方法操作充值，再然后去消费了，不会被封账号吧yc014t

就一次，也许不会引起注意。但只要抱着侥幸心理继续第二次、第三次，那么你早晚会被封账号。

paypal允许注册最多2个账户，一个高级账户，一个个人账户。

楼主的操作方法纯粹是找死。
