kenyawebexperts 注册的 .ke域名.发现不知道什么时候被收回了

本来一直在吃灰 没有管它,今天闲着无事.
找来账号 进去想改个ns来着.
结果发现.没法操作.发工单被告知 "is still pending create"
但是 我当初也收到了 付款确认
以及他们发过来的邮件告知我注册成功!
请教各位大佬 这个权 怎么维... :(

大佬，请问最后钱退回来了吗？ 2字母和部分三字母都是保留的，虽然可以提交注册，但并不会注册成功
