连续发了3天ticket，softlayer的路由刚刚好像调整了

现在电信访问，改回原来的qwest线路了:lol

Our network engineering team have poisoned routes along our backbone to China Telecom through Telia. Currently we're seeing far better results with removing Telia as the inbound point for China Telecom. China Telecom will continue checking their peering link with Telia. Please re-test your routes and let us know if you continue to see problems. Thank you!

把所有SL的客户都集合一下，如果再出现这种大规模的丢包现象，集体发TICKET，让他们知道有多少客户在受影响。
