用的论坛里一位兄弟分享的印度ip搞的，结果今天发现被取消了。
然后还收到 OpenAI的邮件通知，
说是这个优惠是仅限于印度客户，之前由于支付处理过程中的错误，导致其他区域paypal付款的账户也用上了。
现在他们修复了这个问题。
