Rebel系统扣款能追回来吗？

同志们，遇到Rebel耍流氓了，事情是这样的：
  早前在Rebel家注册了三个域名，域名到期忘记续费。后面想起便登陆上去看了下需要收取域名保管费，当时也没多想，就随手更新了下后台的默认支付为paypal，我只是添加了paypal账户，后面过来几个小时候，居然自动帮我给续费了，三个域名收取了50多刀，割肉啊~
于是，索性争议了这两个订单。毕竟不是我主观上续费的。他们家系统居然这么流氓自动给续费了。还收了这么高。
争议发出两天后今天收到他们的官方邮件，不是在paypal商家回复我，是直接邮件联系我。原文如下：

I am contacting you in regards to a recent chargeback we have received. On March 16th, you were billed $20.19 USD in Order 20000474767 for the renewal and recovery of x****.com. Later that day, we received notice that the order had been chargedback.

Can you please respond with information regarding this chargeback? If you intend to keep the domain, we will need you to pay the $20.19 USD, plus a $30.00 USD chargeback fee (something we are charged each time a chargeback occurs). Please respond to confirm if you would like us to charge this to your PayPal account.
