2.7 xTom provides service transfer for the following cases:

We provide free account transfer for domain name registration and SSL products.

For VPS products we charge 8 EUR per server per transfer. Pushing accounts are required to have active service(s) for more than 14 days. The server from the pushing account should be activated more than 14 days. There's no limit for the receiving account, but the service can only be transferred to one account within 14 days.
