甲骨文首尔是完全没ARM资源了么？

坐标韩国首尔
手贱点了下ARM服务器扩容，结果一直显示“正在停止”... 不知道多久能好。

看日志提示应该是没资源了：UpdateInstance 显示失败，然后就是 Stopping the instance...

看来还不能随便扩容，不知道如果将账号升级下，ARM是否能扩容，有大佬知道么？

没扩容前是正常的，扩容这看起来是变转了啊...考虑升级下账号看看

别说首尔了，热门地区都没ARM，另外升级跟注册一样ABC，纯看运气
德国刷了两个月ARM都没刷出来:@
