关于德国法兰克福业务暂停的通知 长期以来，德国法兰克福均处于亏损状态（/24 IP段仅售出1/3不到）， 出于长期发展考虑，我们将在7月21日中午12点（北京时间）暂停该区域的服务，当前客户的服务将被置于（暂停）状态，请您及时备份资料； 暂停过后，我们将着力寻找新的且价格合理的供应商； 如到7月31日（北京时间）仍未找到替代供应商，我们将对当前FRA客户进行现金退款（按照剩余价值，精确到天，7月21日开始的暂停时间不计入剩余时间之内）； 如7月31日（北京时间）之前我们找到了替代供应商，我们将为当前FRA客户恢复服务，并且补偿1个月使用时间； 新供应商的选择标准依然是RYZEN平台+中国联通友好，请大家放心； 感谢大家长期以来的支持！ ————————————————————————— Notice Regarding Suspension of Services in Frankfurt, Germany For a long time, our operations in Frankfurt, Germany, have been operating at a loss (less than 1/3 of the /24 IP segment has been sold). After careful consideration for long-term development, we will suspend services in this region at 12:00 PM (Beijing Time) on July 21. Current customers' services will be placed in a suspended state. Please back up your data promptly. After the suspension, we will focus on finding a new and reasonably priced supplier. If no replacement supplier is found by July 31 (Beijing Time), we will issue refunds to current FRA customers (calculated based on the remaining value, prorated daily, excluding the suspension period starting from July 21). If a replacement supplier is secured before July 31 (Beijing Time), we will restore services for current FRA customers and compensate them with 1 additional month of usage. Our selection criteria for a new supplier remain unchanged: RYZEN platform + China Unicom-friendly. Rest assured, we will maintain high standards. Thank you for your long-term support! |
