甲骨文arm到底是不是免费的呢？

开的时候显示免费，但是进去又没显示了

下面是客服的回复 Please be informed that, the shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex shape is available only for the accounts which are created recently, Since it was introduced recently. So the account which does not show up always free tagged they are not eligible to use A1.Flex shape. 请注意，形状VM.Standard.A1.Flex形状仅适用于最近创建的帐户，因为它是最近引入的。因此，未显示总是免费标签的帐户不符合使用A1.Flex形状的条件。于是我又去浪费了人生中的10分钟，哎

不显示永久免费就是不免费，甲骨文这么大公司不可能前端这么个标识弄不对，不免费，已经好多mjj被欠费，欠费后会被封号
