As a fully licensed bank across Europe, we’re required to submit important tax information to the regulatory authorities.
It’s a completely standard procedure, and it shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to submit your tax ID. If you’re tax-liable in multiple countries, please submit your tax ID information for each country. You can find clear instructions to get this information from every country here in Section III of each document.
In case you already entered the country of your tax residency but you did not submit your tax ID yet, just follow these steps:
Remove the country from the list shown in your app
Add the country again and also enter your tax ID as described above
