- proof of your ID: a document where will be your name and photo (example: passport, ID, driving license, etc.).

Necessary conditions:
- Documents need to be in Latin (English) script. Documents in other scripts (Chinese for example) are not acceptable as we cannot verify them.
- Passport cannot be used as a proof of your address.
- Save your documents in png or jpg format. Other file formats will not be accepted for security reasons.
If you have problems with upload those documents, you can use any online storage service and send us just links to your documents, or you can also answer from your email account, where is send copy of this message.
To confirm the resolution of your ticket, you can either reply to this email indicating "Accept" in the first line of your response, or by closing the ticket in the control panel.
To reject the proposed solution, please either respond to this email indicating "Reject" in the first line of your response, and include additional information, or or continue the exchange in the control panel.
Please note that in the absence of any feedback in the next seven days, this ticket will be closed automatically.
