VPS is online and responding. If the files are not within the device they have unfortunately been lost and are non-restorable.

Many of our customers have faced this issue, we have placed a 20TB+ nas cloud system to take datacenter wide backups now to prevent such dataloss in the future.

Some VPS were not effected, however if your VPS was created as fresh the data is unfortunately unable to be restored. The data was fully wiped and forcefully removed.

If there's anything else I can assist you with please let me know. We greatly appreciate your understanding during this large inconvenience.

话说他们以后会拿20TB云系统做备份？真的还是假的。。。

我的节点是02点，估计这个节点上的兄弟们就无望恢复数据了

为我一年的数据默哀了。。。以后常备份了

我的02早就自己重建了。他是转移，重建新节点，数据肯定没了。
