如何教训煞笔钓鱼邮件

之前网上买的教育邮箱，最近一段时间三天两头就收到钓鱼邮件，拉进黑名单也不管用，它就总发、换着域名发，真的泰煞笔辣









我的技术比较菜，只会浏览器控制台请求接口的方式，比如对这个网址： https://www.zpstrm.top ，请问有什么有效的方法惩罚一些这些煞笔啊
