Specific to the former customer already mentioned: user became upset when he realized his IPv6 only VM didn't have an IPv4 included. His next reply was along the lines of: "Give me an IPv4 or I will chargeback". Whether he meant to attempt to blackmail or was just a poorly translated way of giving us the option to choose to give him an IPv4 or refund him, he was refunded and we parted ways.
老板的回复 We don't really care about information entered while ordering, though I do recommend a working e-mail (people miss invoice/update notices otherwise). Other PII might be useful if you had to recover an account, but I completely understand (and support) some users not wanting to give that away for a low end VPS. Aside from him, the only other ones who we've also parted ways with are users that initiated PayPal disputes/chargebacks because the yearly special VM wasn't delivered immediately. A number of people have asked to upgrade to add IPv4 after the fact and have been processed, no issues at all there.
