The filtering effect of NSFWJS is very poor, at least that's how I feel. However, it is free, so some people may not want to spend money on accessing NSFWJS and prefer to use it for personal purposes. If it is a commercial project, I would consider using the content moderation API provided by international cloud service providers. For example, Alibaba Cloud and AWS both have relevant APIs available for a fee.
