【已解决】向Google Voice入金失败，怎么解决

港区和美区账号的 GV 都试过，准备入金10美元打电话，近几天全部失败被 decline，卡内资金充足

现已邮件递交给 support，不知有没有用

哪位入金成功的 MJJ 可否分享一下经验，指点一二

用的中行 MasterCard，前几天在 Play Store 上买过游戏，能够正常支付。

换其它卡同样是上面这个错误。
