获取的IP可能来自内网等其他网卡 尝试使用你的外网IP:8899

收集了一些用户的问题（大部分出在系统包问题上）
centos7  阿里yum    sudo wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-vault-7.repo
sudo yum clean all
sudo yum makecache

centos   sudo yum update
—————————————————
AlmaLinux   sudo dnf update
—————————————————
Debian12   sudo apt update
—————————————————
更新  系统包  之后再去安装 面板  （确保不存在额外的web环境 如aphche）

必要写硬盘 重装为官方全新IOS 密码 LeitboGi0ro （重装大约 8分钟）
国外 wget --no-check-certificate -qO InstallNET.sh 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/leitbogioro/Tools/master/Linux_reinstall/InstallNET.sh' && chmod a+x InstallNET.sh
bash InstallNET.sh --nomemcheck -centos 7.9  -mirror "https://vault.centos.org"
