In accordance with ICANN rules, domain transfer can be initiated 60 days after the registration date. Most registrars collect a fee for early transfer even if ICANN does not standardize it.
If you had your domain registered through us, we charge 1,0000 Philippine peso for early transfer (less than a year). There would be no penalty fee if you would transfer to another registrar after a year. By default, domain names are locked for our customers safety. We only unlock it once our customer requests it if in case they want to move to another registrar. We provide the EPP code, which is needed for transferring, 5 days after the receipt of your request.
