We have servers in many locations across US and Europe and we can not pin point each customer when we want to send out an alert or notification and we do not want to spam all customers each time there is an error somewhere on our network.


Currently we experince heavy DDOS attack on FRA04. The server is down and support request has been sent to DC to redirect the traffic!
