更新:新注册KS天朝帐号直接免税了,附工单内容~

新注册的KS 天朝帐号，居然没有税了，我还多此一举的要求客服给免税~太蛋疼了...
呃，购买ovh.com/fr的产品有税费~，us的产品没有税费
好了，附上聊天记录
公司的固定IP，要不然，就再去搞个帐号试试看~

付款的时候没有，只有设置费用，要不然就不纠结了，但是购买发过产品有税费的
