阿里云国际版绑定PP，使用的美区PP，跳转到paypal后停止

阿里云国际、美区paypal都已使用GV号验证，但是在添加付款方式时跳转到美区paypal帐号主页面后，就没有反应了

哪位大佬遇到过这种情况，如何解决呢？
