运气差到极点，买了洛杉矶cn2的线路，发现ping不通，跟客服交流说要我交19美刀更改，疯了，该什么办？没碰到过，第一次买，关键英文烂，不知道怎么沟通

Generally we do not offer IP changes. If you like, we can change the IP for you (as an exception), however due to the manual work involved, we would have to bill $19.00 for this service. Your VPS will be assigned a new IP address from the available pool.
Please kindly advise if you agree with the costs and we will create the invoice for you.

yesterday,i order the vps plan.But i can't login SSH , and i recheck the ip address been blocked .So,please help me recheck and change ip address.
