- We have Change in account twice, first time cause the PayPal email is expried so we didn't received verification, so I have change second with changed PayPal email, then your support said the first invoice could be refund but no, so I have PayPal dispute for the FIRST ORDER, ONLY FIRST, WE HADN'T ANY DISPUTE FOR THE SECOND ONE, BUT WHAT SURPRISED ME WAS THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSE THEN TWICE IS REFUND
- Years ago First contact is give me a good impression that rapid response, nice support and attractive offers, but now dynadot has fallen into this, ALWAYS BUSY LIVECHAT, SLOWER VERIFICATION, ROUGH SOLUTION. I don’t know how other users will accept this solution JUST LIKE POINT TO THE DOOR, but we only want transfer for the domain simple and don't waste the affiliate coupon from a partner, but your rough attitude make me feel uncomfortable
- So, If You Can is it acceptable for resume the account (with original $5 coupon) then I have charge for $5 again for the second verified PayPal account?
