In case you experience problems, all you can simply do is open a Command Prompt window as Administrator, cd to the binary folder(the one where the IPMICFG-Win.exe is located) and type "IPMICFG-Win.exe -r" without the "". This will restart the IPMI device. You should see message "BMC Cold Reset completed". Wait 5 min and IPMI should work again. Hope that helps.
