UnReal Servers is excited to announce we're expanding to a new facility in the coming weeks!
Our new facility will provide all customers 1GB or faster connections to our multi-homed, redundant 10 gig backbone providers; redundant power; and facilitate quicker response times to trouble tickets.
No action is required from you at this time.
We will move your equipment at no additional charge. You may expect an outage of approximately 4 hours to occur during a 12 hour move window. You will receive an individual notice when your equipment (row/rack) is scheduled for downtime to facilitate this move.
If you have specific scheduling requirements for the move of your equipment, please let us know at this time by opening a ticket to Support@UnRealServers.net .
We intend to have fully migrated all customers to the new facility no later than December 1st.
