We are making some changes to the timers to help these deals go by a little bit faster. The timer is now default 7 minutes, and the grace period is 3 minutes. This should go live soon.
Just a few updates:
1) Most double payments should now be resolved.
2) The majority of tickets (>80%) have been answered.
3) Anyone who ordered a previous special yesterday or before should have their service.
If you made a payment and the invoice is unpaid, please don't forget to contact us. This is a rare issue that happened with the payment callback. While this is rare, there's no way for us to know you paid us if our system did not record it. We would definitely recommend contacting us over opening payment disputes.
Another update. We're only allowing a few actions on our website before a captcha appears, to ensure people are not constantly adding offers to their cart. We noticed a lot of people are adding the deals to their cart to "reserve" their space and then deciding if they're going to check out or not -- this is not intended.
To give everyone a fair chance, we believe this will work out better. No one should be affected unless they're clicking too many things too quickly.
