「已解决」namecheap 现在不能快速转出域名了吗？

想转移到良心，已提交申请，收到邮件了
namecheap 这边现在不能确认转出了吗？
只有等 3/22/21 at 3:36:49 AM 以后等系统自动转出了吗？

原来想继续，也可以点邮件中的 website，在新页面中，点击 Approve，就可以立即转出，点击 Reject，就可以取消转出。
