We have identified many subscriptions registered to academic institutions (EDU) that we believe are abusing the EDU process. Please review this account/customer and confirm if they represent a legitimate academic institution. If yes, we will reinstate the customer. If no, we will uphold our decision to reduce resources for this customer. No additional action is needed from HIT.
