As a new client, your account is currently in `Pending` status. You are able to place orders for any service in stock; however, your order will be subject to screening by our Fraud protection modules, and may be held up to 48 hours before activation if any discepancies are noticed with your account. If you wish to expedite your order, please open a Support Ticket to the billing department with the title `Account Approval Request`.
If you place an order before your account is placed in Approved status, your account will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If any discrepancies are found, the Billing Department will open a support ticket to your account requesting clarification or additional information.
Please note that any account in Pending status that does not place an Approval request or a successful order will be automatically removed from our system in 7 days.
