It's 48 hours since my server was setup,but i cannot use it .Meantime i reflected the issue to u but still got unresolved,that made me quite disappointed.
There remians serveral issues to be stated
1.The root password u gave me in the SERVER INFO was totally wrong from the beginning,so i have never logined using root account since i owned this server.
That means i got no access to website building,u r Irresponsible。
2.I try to login IPMI but it got "connection failed",that means i even cannot use IPMI reboot or rebulid OS.
Due to those above,i realized that i paid but never really owned the server.
3. I have reflected to u many times but nerver received ur carefully reply,the issue remained.in addition ur response was so slow(over 12 hrs) ,thus cost me much time.
I had been waiting ur Email for 2 days , i feel rather disappointed.cause the reply was slow and no use.it just like kill my life.

So, i dont want waste my time any more,if u cant repair the server,i hope u refund to me.
Hope to c u next email that tell me the substantial progress,if issue remains,i hope u can refund to me , i wont reply ur email any more and,i hope i wont appeal to the paypal to get back my money.
