A domain health status will be available after you connect this domain directly to Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange. To do this, select DNS Records and then Manage DNS.
If you can't connect the domain directly to Microsoft 365 services, we won't be able to show the domain health status. For example, if you use custom DNS routing for email, external spam filtering services, or you're using both Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online (also called a hybrid deployment).
