123systems新开的VPS却PING不通

昨天晚上弄了个年付的，提示立即开通了。却不能PING，不能SSH，发了TICKET回复说要解决了，但却把TICKET关闭了。再跟帖，一天了也不回复。这是当时的回复，回复后TICKET却关了。
