Our monitoring system has detected that the device #1111 - B1.5.black is not responding to our
ICMP alerts.
We have checked our billing, abuse as well as tried to console to the server to
ensure that the server is not suspended/ip null/crashed.
However due to unavailability of login credentials we are unable to further
investigate this matter.
Request you to please enable/allow on the server firewall our ICMP tool IP
address 111111 and 22222 so we can monitor this server's
internal status.
Please NOTE: If we do not get a response within the next 24-48 hours, the ICMP
alert will be removed off this device.
The only alert that we are going to leave are the bandwidth alerts that notifies
us of traffic spikes but no downtime.
