dustin 的意思是你不符合双倍流量活动的要求。

但如果你觉得流量用完了，不够，你可以给他发邮件。“我们是很好说话，也很灵活的”。

RN是在购买的时候参加翻倍活动，本来你这种开一下也没什么，但是有些人故意钻空子去翻倍两次，无端的给别人增加了工作量，所以现在要求严格了
