As discussed, Our partners at Alipay have reached out to request some additional information about your business, as well as some specific Alipay transactions processed on your Stripe account. In order to continue to support your use of Alipay, they require that the following information be provided: Alipay's Terms of Service.
• Business Incorporation Certificate for your business
• Details of your business model, including store photos for offline businesses or website/app screenshots for online businesses, product pricing page etc.
• Supplier invoices, if any
• Social media links, if any
• Payment details and invoices for the top 5 Alipay transactions in the past month.
For each of the above transactions, please provide:
• An itemized invoice that contains customer details, order number, order time, order amount, item description, quantity and price
• Tracking number, shipping information or customs declaration documents (if applicable)
• A screenshot of checkout page
