In order to modify the BIOS configuration on your server, we must schedule an intervention with the datacentre.
During the intervention the datacentre technician will power off your server. This operation usually takes about 30-45 minutes.

1. Date and time (UTC) when the datacentre can do the intervention
2. Confirm the server ID (ns number) of the server we need to intervene on

Please note, technical support can only see the reply on your ticket during working hours only (Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM). You may request the intervention to be any time as the datacentre operates 24/7, but we will need to schedule the intervention for you. Therefore, please keep in mind if you reply during out of hours, we will not see your request until the next working day.
