国外公司不注销 会怎么样

只能告诉你被代理忽悠了美国公司都是各州zf管理，签证是美国移民与海关执法局，压根八竿子打不着的两个机构。各州zf共享数据的也是和美国联邦shui务局irs,你不报shui可能被irs罚款，不年审会被州zf罚款，不交罚款就是dissolved,仅此而已.
至于dissolved的后果吗，除了不能用以前名字，屁事没有
