I can see there are 3 users -

It looks like your account is compromised and changes have been done to the user accounts. please do confirm.
IF ITS COMPROMISED- WE WILL NEED A COMPLETE NEW ADMIN ACCOUNT TO BE CREATED - IT SHOULD BE DIFFERENT , NOT MATCHING TO EXISTING ACCOUNT.
In order for Support to help with admin creation please note that we require additional details as follows:
1. MOS SR has to be submitted using the cloud account associated CSI (Mandatory)
2. Have a Director or VP support this change from your end (Mandatory) - if its a paid account
3. Provide Authorization Email From tenancy admin .
4. Requester (you) to have a valid email address containing the company @domain.
SEND THE BELOW FILLED IN TEMPLATE FROM THE NEW ADMIN EMAIL TO THE TENANCY ADMIN AND ASK THE TENANCY ADMIN TO APPROVE . ATTACH THAT EMAIL CONVERSATION IN THE SR AS A PDF
As such, please attach a copy of the authorization approval email to the Service Request, with the following information:

This authorization email must be sent by the authorization provider from the Sold To party (End User) domain email account i.e. abc@companyname.com, instead of personal accounts such as gmail.com;
The authorization email cannot come from the User that will be set as Admin (ideally, it should come from the present Administrator);
The attachment format must be in email/message format (.msg, .EML, .pdf), not a screenshot |
