This email is to inform you that an unknown error has occurred on one of our edge switches causing a partial outages for a few customers. This outage appears not to have affected some, but others have been unable to access their machines. If you experienced this outage, your circuit was affected. We will be working with Foundry to resolve the issues. In the interim the configuration features that were implemented have been removed.
As you're aware, we have a %100 network up-time guarantee. Please login to the support portal, and create a support ticket with the following information.
1) The time outage was noticed.
2) The total amount of downtime that you suffered as a result of this issue.
We'll use this information to calculate a credit to your account.
