Recently we have been seeing constant issues on the node that you are
hosted. We aren't going to make excuses about the stability of the
nodes. It is our responsibility to make sure the nodes are working
correctly as people pay for service they expect.
With that said we are working on the ongoing stability issue and have
received a new software update from our vendors that should get the
service delivery up to the level required.
Coupled with this we are also inviting people to take a 50% SLA
credit, no questions asked, against their next months bill as well as
free double bandwidth for the lifetime of the account. If you wish to
take this please email billing@thrustvps.com with your IP and we will
honour this.
We can also relocate your VPS to another node if you would be wish

This offer is for VPS on affected nodes of 6xnnj, 12xnla and 8xntx. Anything outside of this
needs to be handled on separate tickets.
To apply for the SLA credit and bandwidth offer I will need the IPs of the affected VPS. Any on
those nodes that you wish moved will be moved as well but we need you to list those specifically
and realize they will be wiped of data and set up clean.
